Pre-Medical Technology Career Track

Medical technologists are qualified to perform analytical laboratory tests that help medical doctors diagnose and treat patients.  Requirements at Medical Technology programs vary by program so it is important to research requirements for various institutions. 

While pursuing a bachelor's degree at Tennessee Tech, medical technology career track students will also incorporate pre-requisite courses required by medical technology schools. Graduate professional schools accept many majors, so students are encouraged to explore a major according to their interests and strengths.
