Kimberly Hale, Ph.D., BCBA, LBA, has professional experience spanning public education, clinical practice, and organizational leadership.
Throughout her career, she has served as a general education teacher, school administrator, Positive Behavior Support Specialist, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and founder of a multi-site behavior analytic clinic.
Her research interests include developing comprehensive supports for children and young adults that present with severe and complex behavior, particularly those with co-occurring behavioral and mental health needs, while expanding access to high-quality behavior analytic services in rural and underserved communities.
Her approach is grounded in the belief that effective behavior analytic practices should be scientifically rigorous, practical to implement, and accessible to all communities.
