Before stepping into his current role, Josiah honed his craft as Video Production Coordinator for the university's athletics department, where he was responsible for broadcasting live sports on ESPN+ and producing high-energy hype videos for athletic teams. That experience gave him a deep foundation in fast-paced, high-stakes media production.
