Kevin Vedder is the Associate Vice President of Human Resources at Tennessee Tech University. Kevin has over 30 years of higher education human resources experience, with a B.S. in Business Administration and Military Science from Indiana State University and a M.S. in Transformational Leadership from the University of Maryland. He is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and active in the College and University Professional Association (CUPA). In addition, Kevin is a proud veteran with 25 years of service, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army with deployments to Bosnia, Hurricane Katrina, Iraq, and Afghanistan. In his spare time, Kevin enjoys the outdoors, fishing, DIY projects, and spending time with his wife, two daughters, and Golden Retriever.
