Jury Forms

Welcome to the Tennessee Tech School of Music Jury Scheduling Website. This platform is designed to help you easily book your jury time and submit all necessary information.

Please note that this platform is for current Tennessee Tech Students only.

Need help scheduling your Jury?

Follow this guide here and please read through entire process before to ensure smooth flow of operations. Also make sure to ask if your applied instructors want to use the forms/bookings process for jury submissions.

  1. Navigate to your instrument: Begin by selecting your specific instrument classification link under the "Jury Forms" section, this will take you to the dedicated Microsoft form you will need to fill out!

    • Note: You will need to sign in with your Tennessee Tech's account in order to fill out this form.

  2. Fill Out the Form: Complete all required fields in the form. This includes your personal information and any repertoire details needed.

  3. Enter your Information: Double-check that all your personal and contact information is accurate before submitting.

  4. Select a Booking Time: After you submit the form, you will find a bookings calendar link displayed, use this to select your desired time for your jury.

    • Note: You will receive a confirmation email with this bookings link as well if you miss it on the form

    • Note: Students who require multiple time slots for there Jury's will be given a 24hr window to submit before hand, Please respect this request from the faculty and submit yours ONLY when you have been informed by your applied instructor(s).

  5. Submit and Confirm: After you submit your bookings and forms submission, you should receive a confirmation email within roughly 1-2 minutes.

Important: If you do not receive a confirmation email within 60 seconds, please contact your applied instructor(s) for identifying what went wrong.

 

What Happens Next?

  • Once you have successfully filled out the form and booked your time, you are all set! You will receive a separate reminder email for your scheduled booking before your jury date.

  • Some time after your jury evaluation the faculty will send out an email that includes a word document with your jury form information, feedback, and grade all included. Best of Luck!

Percussion

  • When: Wednesdays of Finals Week
  • Time: 12-minute time slots, no upper-divisional juries
  • Location: 9 am – 4:00pm in BFA 101

Brass

  • When: Mondays of Finals Week
  • Time: 8-minute time slots, 2 spots for upper-divisional juries, 3 spots for upper-divisional performance majors
  • Location: 9 am – 4 pm in Wattenbarger Auditorium

Woodwinds

  • When: Tuesdays of Finals Week
  • Time: 8-minute time slots, 2 spots for upper-divisional juries, 3 spots for upper-divisional performance majors
  • Location: 9 am – 4:00 pm in Wattenbarger Auditorium

Strings

  • When: Tuesdays of Finals Week
  • Time: 10-minute time slots, 2 spots for upper-divisional juries
  • Location: 9 am – 2:00 pm in BFA 101

Voice

  • When: Wednesdays of Finals Week
  • Time: 8-minute time slots, 2 spots for upper-divisional juries
  • Location: 9 am – 4:00 pm in Wattenbarger Auditorium

Piano

  • When: The day of Finals Week fluctuates from semester to semester.
  • Time: 10-minute time slots, 2 spots for upper-divisional juries, 2 spots for performance majors
  • Location: 9 am – 2:00 pm in BFA 314
