Welcome, new Golden Eagle!
We are excited that you've chosen Tennessee Tech! As a new transfer student or new first-time freshman, you might be asking, "How will I know who my advisor is?", "What classes will I take?", "What are my ext steps to enroll at Tech?", and a number of others. The Office of New Student & Family Programs provides Spring Orientation to help answer these questions and ease your transition to campus.
Spring Orientation will help finalize your enrollment for the upcoming spring semester. Through orientation, you will be provided information including campus resources, processes, and other campus information. Additionally, we'll give you guidance to help you navigate your first semester as a Golden Eagle.
If you need more information on how to apply to Tennessee Tech as a transfer student or about your application status, please contact the Office of Undergraduate Admissions at (931) 372-3888 or admissions@tntech.edu.
How do I receive information about Spring Orientation?
New transfer and first-time college students starting in the upcoming Spring semester can expect to receive an invitation containing information about completing Spring Orientation and additional next steps in mid-November. To receive an invitation, the student must be a new transfer or new freshman who has been admitted to the University.
IMPORTANT! New students already admitted for the Spring term will begin receiving information about Spring Orientation in November. Information will be sent out once a week to new freshman and transfer students admitted after this period.
