Agricultural Education is for students who want to pursue a career teaching high school agriculture and related fields. By earning a bachelor’s degree in agricultural education and meeting state certification requirements, you will be prepared and qualified to teach agriculture.

Agricultural Education at Tennessee Tech
The Agricultural Education program includes opportunities for students to receive practical experience in a local high school as part of the early field experience program and residency. Students take courses in animal science, agronomy, agribusiness management, horticulture and agricultural engineering technology, along with courses in agricultural education.
