Eileen Wallace Printing Exhibition

Joan Derryberry Art Gallery
Eileen works primarily in book arts, letterpress printing, and hand papermaking and is a Principal Lecturer in Printmaking & Book Arts at the University of Georgia. She was a Resident Artist at Penland School of Craft and has taught book arts and letterpress workshops at Penland and Haystack Mountain School of Crafts. Eileen curated the book Masters: Book Arts which featured the work of 40 artists; she is a co-director emeritus of the Paper & Book Intensive and former board member of Hand Papermaking magazine.
Holmes Percussion Duo

Benjamin is the co-founder of the Holmes Percussion Duo with his brother Cody, performing original compositions composed by members of the duo. The duo has composed over 20 original works for percussion solo, duo, quartet, and percussion ensemble. Additionally, the Holmes Percussion Duo earned Second Place in the 2022 North International Music Competition chamber music category, Third Place for the 2024 American Prize in Chamber Music, and were members of the illustrious World Percussion Group in 2023.

Joan Derryberry Art Gallery
Andréa Keys Connell is a Professor of Ceramics in the Department of Fine and Applied Art at Appalachian State University. Her work has been widely recognized, featured in national and international publications such as Colossal and The New York Times. She has exhibited internationally in galleries and museums, including the Jane Hartsook Gallery in New York City and the Gaya Culture and Art Center in Goryeong, Korea. With over 20 solo exhibitions since 2009, she has work available through Blue Spiral 1 in Asheville, NC, J Mackey Gallery in the East Hamptons, and Visions West Contemporary in Livingston, MT.
Ascension Quartet

The Ascension Trombone Quartet is a trombone quartet consisting of Yuki Tamaki (soloist), Colin Williams (New York Philharmonic), Nikki Abissi (American Symphony), and Christopher Bassett (St Louis Symphony).
This trombone quartet was formed following their meeting at the 2024 Southeast Trombone Symposium (STS) held in the United States.
The word Ascension means “rise” or “advancement,” reflecting not only their pursuit of musical refinement and growth, but also their intention to serve as a bridge for international exchange through music.
One World Multicultural Evening

Tech Pride Room, Roaden University Center
International cuisine will be featured with authentic recipes. The Spring 2026 event will include storytelling, in which students and community members will tell stories about their culture. Speakers/storytellers will be selected based on their experiences with other cultures, their engaging and informative storytelling style(s), and their interest in sharing about their culture(s) with Tennessee Tech students and the community at large.
Lawrence Graduate Bayreuth Tuben Quintet

The Lawrence Graduate Bayreuth Tuben Quintet is a tuben horn quintet that, fluid by design and inclination, is comprised of at least six members who identify as, know, or would like to know, someone who is LGBTQ+.
Informed by their decidedly un-Wagnerian values of inclusivity, diversity, and visibility, the LGBTuben Quintet aims to build and expand the cannon for our flexible ensemble and advance a non-hierarchical agenda that includes affecting positive social change and creating broader representation for the historically underrepresented.
