Preparing Course Content for Migration
As we continue to migrate courses from D2L iLearn to Canvas, it is important that faculty review their course materials and ensure their course content is up-to-date and in an exportable format. This includes:
1) ensuring all video (mp4) content has been transferred to YuJa Media and
2) Course Files are organized and up to date.

Convert Videos to YuJa Media
To convert videos from MP4 files to YuJa Media, follow the steps below.
1. Locate Your Video File
2. Download Video File
3. Upload Video File to YuJa Media. You can do this using the drag and drop feature or upload directly from your computer's files.
4. Replace the link in your D2L iLearn course with the new video link from YuJa.
5. Delete the original MP4 file from your course files.

Manage Course Files
To manage your course files, follow the steps below.
1. Select Manage Files under Course Management from the purple nav bar.
2. Review all files within your course and ensure only files you would like migrated remain.
