Faculty Research Associates (CFRA)

The CFRA activity was started to encourage TTU’s departmental faculty to engage more in the research areas of the CESR.  Departmental faculty wanting to engage more in research but having a significant teaching load are expected to benefit from this program.  

 Every year CESR’s Faculty Research Associates are selected in a competitive manner. The CFRA’s department receives release time money from the CESR so that his/her teaching load can be reduced and the selected faculty can focus more on research in the interest of CESR, usually by pursuing significantly large proposals. 

If any of the TTU department faculty has an interest in becoming a CFRA for a semester or for a  longer period, please contact the CESR director.
