HOPE Lottery Scholarship
The Tennessee HOPE Lottery Scholarship is established and funded from the net proceeds of the state lottery and awarded to entering freshmen who enroll at an eligible postsecondary institution within sixteen (16) months of graduating from a Tennessee eligible high school and who meet the initial eligibility requirements. Check Your HOPE GPA
Your continued HOPE eligibility is determined by your TELS GPA, which calculates your college GPA using separate criteria from your standard GPA. You can keep track of your TELS GPA on Eagle Online by following the below steps:
Log in to your Tech Express account and click 
to access Eagle Online
In Eagle Online click 'Student,' and then 'Student Records'
On the Student Records screen select 'View TELS Eligibility' and then select the appropriate Aid Year
Your TELS Eligibility page lists your initial/continued HOPE Eligibility, your attempted hour benchmarks, and your TELS GPA at each benchmark. To learn more about continued HOPE eligibility requirements and GPA benchmarks, view our Retaining Your HOPE page.
