HOPE Lottery Scholarship
The Tennessee HOPE Lottery Scholarship is established and funded from the net proceeds of the state lottery and awarded to entering freshmen who enroll at an eligible postsecondary institution within sixteen (16) months of graduating from a Tennessee eligible high school and who meet the initial eligibility requirements.
