Craft Club

Starting Fall 2024 we have our debut WMC Craft Club! The last Thursday of the month during dead hour (11-12) come to the WMC to work on a BYO project, or group semesterly project!

The Women's Center is debuting their new "Craft Club"! Aimed to give a dedicated time and space, once a month, for creative engagement, peer connection and collaboration. Much like our past "socials" but with a creative twist!

Many of us crafters, craft alone and maybe only at home. The WMC Craft Club is hoping to connect those people, while also being able to share and learn potential new skills! Bring your own project from home, or work on a semesterly group project. Secure storage available!

Period Poverty Kit Assembly & Drive

December 3, 11:00-1:00pm, Tech Pride Room (RUC 101)

Period poverty is prevalent all around us. Many people who menstruate struggle to afford period products during their monthly cycle. Here at the Women's Center, we recognize period poverty for what it is—a public health crisis. Join us in our fight against period poverty!

Last year, we were able to create over 440 period kits to donate locally. We plan to beat that number this year! Learn more on how to join the fight here!
