  • Financial Aid

As a graduate student at Tennessee Tech, you may qualify for various forms of financial aid. To be considered, it's important to complete the FAFSA each year as soon as possible after January 1 for the upcoming academic year.

Based on your FAFSA and your Estimated Family Contribution (EFC) for the 2023-2024 academic year or Student Aid Index (SAI) for the 2024-2025 academic year, you may be eligible for a work-study position. While most graduate students who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents typically qualify for loans, this should not discourage you from completing the FAFSA. Submitting the FAFSA is the essential first step in determining your financial aid options.
