Annual Faculty Evaluation 

Faculty annual evaluation materials for the past calendar year are submitted on January 15th. Faculty then meet with their Department Chairs / School Directors to review their activities for the previous year, complete their annual evaluation, and prepare for the upcoming calendar year. Each Department Chair / School Director will evaluate each faculty member in that department or school, followed by an evaluation by the College / School Dean. Effective Spring 2025, the entirety of the annual evaluation process, from submission of materials to completion of evaluation forms through submission of copies of final evaluations to the Provost Office, occurs within Watermark Faculty Success. The reports available for the 2024 annual faculty evaluations period are outlined below.

Faculty Annual Reports

Faculty are to enter all relevant activities and data within the various screens in Watermark. From the information entered into the screens, the reports below will be generated for the faculty’s annual evaluation.  

  • Workload Report (2024) 
  • Faculty Annual Report (2024) 
  • Annual Goals & Planning Report (2024 and 2025)  
  • IDEA Teaching Evaluations (2024)
