Search and Selection Committee Training Requirement
Committee Members
Selected committee members must complete the asynchronous Search and Selection Committee Training in our designated Learning Management System (LMS) before reviewing applications, attending meetings, conducting interviews, or participating in any other recruitment or hiring activity. The training is valid for two years and must remain current for the duration of the search.
Committee Chairpersons
Verify that each committee member has completed the required training before committee work begins.
Do not allow members without current training to review applications, attend meetings, conduct interviews, or participate in other search activities.
