Archives Catalog
The archives catalog provides a brief description of both physical and digital records held in our collection. Users must request and view these materials in person. Please contact our reference team at archives@tntech.edu and include the collection name, box number, and folder number from the catalog.
Digital Collections
Our digital collections include both born-digital and digitized materials from our
physical archives. The collection is continuously expanding, with new materials added
daily. Although the website may experience slower load times, these collections are
available 24/7 for personal research purposes. Note that this is a small portion of
our total collections, but it includes most major publications, such as The Eagle,
The Oracle, The Bulletin, and local newspapers, as well as university and regional
photographs. Please note that if you intend to use these materials for purposes beyond
personal research, copyright law will apply.
Library Catalog
Volpe Library's catalog (EagleSearch) enables you to search for materials housed within both the library and the Tennessee Tech Archives and Special Collections. The catalog searches published works collected by the archives that relate to the Upper Cumberland region of Tennessee, the University, and it searches a diverse range of audio and visual recordings that complement our extensive collections.
