Beta Alpha Psi
Beta Alpha Psi is the international honor organization for financial information students and professionals. The organization promotes academic excellence, professional development, and responsible practices while supporting the study and practice of accounting, finance, business analytics, and digital technology.
Beta Alpha Psi provides opportunities for service, professional development, and networking among business professionals. Accounting majors of at least junior standing with an overall 3.0 GPA are eligible for membership.
Accounting Pathways
Accounting Pathways is a summer leadership program that allows students to work in different accounting firms. These pathways help students determine and finalize their plans after graduation and often develop into full-time employment opportunities! Students can make personal connections within their respective field by handing out resumes, asking thoughtful questions, and building a foundation for a professional network. Accounting pathways is held at the beginning of each spring semester, so be sure not to miss it!
Accounting Club
The Accounting Club promotes managerial accounting, internal auditing, and governmental accounting while sponsoring annual social events. All students interested in accounting are welcome to attend meetings and become members.
To join, watch for notices posted throughout the building at the beginning of each semester or contact the club advisor, Leigh Waggoner.
Accounting Career Expo (ACE)
The Accounting Career Expo offers a unique learning experience through an exclusive career fair featuring 100% accounting firms. Students can interact directly with employers from public accounting firms, industry companies, governmental agencies, and other accounting organizations.
