Economics

Becoming Fluent in the Language of Business.

Comprehensive business fluency can only be accomplished through the diligent study and application of economics. Economics examines how individuals, businesses, and organizations make decisions regarding the production, distribution, and consumption of goods and services within a society. The study of economics is unique and valuable in the sense that it approaches both macro and micro business concepts utilizing a social and behavioral science perspective. Throughout our economics programs, TTU’s EFM (Economics, Finance, and Marketing) students expand their ability to think logically and critically and ultimately master the art of adapting in an ever-changing economic environment. TTU’s experienced faculty is motivated to help the TTU College of Business students achieve their academic and professional aspirations and build a firm foundation for a future career.
