Recovery Ally Training

Recovery Ally Training is a free online course designed to help participants better understand substance misuse, addiction, recovery, and the vital role allies play in reducing stigma. Participants will be introduced to practical skills such as active listening, using stigma-free language, setting healthy boundaries, and responding effectively to people in crisis. The training also highlights local resources and regional recovery supports, while offering concrete ways to build recovery-friendly environments.

This training is open to students, faculty, staff, and community members who want to make a difference. No prior experience is required—just a willingness to listen, learn, and stand alongside others in recovery.
