Facility Use at the STEM Center
In addition to providing the highest quality opportunities in STEM education, the Millard Oakley STEM Center offers the use of this unique and contemporary space to Tennessee Tech and community groups.
University Faculty and Staff Groups
Tech departments and organizations have access to several areas in Ray Morris Hall / Millard Oakley STEM Center for meetings and events.
Request for facility reservation by Tech faculty and staff are completed through an on-line system, the Virtual EMS (VEMS).
If your request is approved; a REQUIRED site visit will be scheduled for the group to address set-up and clean up plans, and technology needs.
Please note that Oakley STEM Center staff do NOT take responsibility for set-up and clean-up of the space for the requestor; however center staff will help facilitate your plan to address specific needs.

Community Groups
Community businesses and organizations are also welcome to use areas of the facility per university policy.
