AIO (Academic Integrity Officer)

The AIO serves as a neutral resource to the Tech community, including students and instructors. The AIO also facilitates the academic integrity violation process.

Schedule a meeting with the AIO

    1. If you're using Navigate360 Student from a web browser, use the Nav360Stu icon in TechExpress
      • Locate the Appointments icon on the left side 
      • Go to step 3.
    2. If you're using the Navigate 360 Student mobile app,  locate the waffle icon to see available features and tools
      • Locate the Appointments tool
      • Go to step 3.
    3. Select Appointments
    4. Select the blue "Make an Appointment" button
    5. Type of appointment: Other Services
    6. Service: Academic Integrity Officer (AIO) Meeting
    7. Choose your date. Remember, you must meet with the AIO within five business days before 4:30pm Central Standard Time after the charging document is sent to your tntech.edu email address. The email you received with your charging document specifies your deadline.
    8. Click the "Find Available Time" button.
    9. Click on your desired time. If you cannot find a time before your deadline passes, email AIO@tntech.edu
    10. Complete the rest of the form to schedule your AIO meeting.
      • Meeting Type = In-Person: Come to Volpe Library Room 204, which is near the front entrance by the cafe.
      • Meeting Type = Virtual—Zoom: On the day of the meeting, you will receive a Zoom link at your tntech.edu email address. Please log into the Zoom meeting 5 minutes before your appointment.
    11. You will receive a confirmation email at your tntech.edu email address.
