Talon Go-Live Support Schedule and Office Hours
Beginning Monday, January 5, we will launch Talon Office Hours focused on assisting users with HR and Procurement topics. Additionally, we will have Finance-focused sessions available for key areas.
As we prepare for the Talon go-live and supporting campus users when campus reopens January 5th, we are committed to providing responsive, real-time support to help our campus community navigate the transition. Please visit this Office Hours Information Article in the SSP for the latest information and updates on in-person support available.
General Talon Office Hours (HR and Procurement)
General office hours will be available throughout January and are open to campus users.
These sessions provide walk-in assistance for common HR and Procurement questions
and guidance on navigating Talon processes.
Finance-Focused Topic Sessions
During the first two weeks of go-live, additional in-person sessions will be offered
to provide targeted support for key Finance processes. These sessions are designed
to focus on common questions, early issues, and process clarification for Finance
users.
What to Expect
Support is provided on a walk-in, first-come basis. For issues that cannot be resolved
during a session, staff will assist users with submitting a Self-Service Portal ticket
so the request can be routed to the appropriate functional expert.
Because go-live needs can change quickly, the support team will continue to monitor questions, gather feedback, and adjust the support model throughout January to best meet campus needs.
