Group Fitness Classes

A group of students paticipating in an indoor cycling class.We offer group fitness classes throughout the semester for student, members, and guests. All classes are free for students and you don't need to sign up in advance. Drop ins are encouraged! Classes can be purchased at the front desk and we accept cash or card.

All classes are held in the Burnett Recreation Center.

Students: Free

Members: One Class - $1

Guests: One Class - $1

*Water Aerobics - $5 for drop-in's

Class Descriptions

› HIIT

High intensity interval training. Short bursts of intense exercise with low intensity recovery periods. An efficient, effective, and fun form of cardio that boosts heart rate. All levels welcome.

› Pilates

A low intensity workout focused on building strength while improving flexibility through controlled body weight movement. All levels are welcome.

› Spin

A group fitness experience on a stationary bike! Great for everyone, male, female, conditioned, deconditioned, because YOU control your pace and resistance. 

› Water Aerobics

Move and have fun in the water to a variety of upbeat music for an invigorating workout. All fitness levels are welcome.

› Dance Aerobics (similar to Zumba)

A high-energy dance fitness program that combines Latin and international music with easy-to-follow dance moves. A great way to get in shape while having fun!
