Fitness and Wellness
The Fitness and Wellness department is dedicated to supporting the holistic health of our campus community. Through inclusive fitness facilities, group exercise, wellness education, and recreational opportunities, we promote physical, mental, and social well-being. Our programs are designed to empower students, faculty and staff, and members to build lifelong healthy habits that support active, balanced lifestyles. Feel free to come visit us at the Marc Burnett Recreation Center in Room 175 or contact us for more information.
