This timeline is to help guide camps and conferences groups on expectations. University Housing and Residential Life (UHRL) reserves the right to change dates as needed.
The calendar below is the 2024/2025 calendar.

Summer 2026 Rates
We charge by occupancy within a room and not by room type.
- For example: If, one person is in a double room (two-person room), we would charge the single occupancy rate for that building and not the double occupancy rate.
- We only allow one person in single type rooms, two in double type rooms, and three in triple type rooms.

| Traditional Halls | Single Occupancy (One in Room) Per Person Each Night | $25.00 |
| New Halls | Double Occupancy (Two in Room) Per Person Each Night | $25.00 |
| New Halls | Single Occupancy (One in Room) Per Person Each Night | $40.00 |
NOTE: Traditional Halls have community bathrooms, while New Halls have a bathroom in each room.
Minors on Campus Policy
If you have participants who are 17 years of age or younger, you will have to follow Tennessee Technological University Minors on Campus Policy No. 120 found on Tech's Policy Central website. You can also visit Minors on Campus website for more information.
