Residence Halls
For new and current students, there are nine residence halls available on campus, with co-ed options as well as all-female and all-male residence hall options. Current students also have the option of moving into Tech Village, also located on campus.
Capital Quad
Capital Quad is located on the southwest end of campus along the corner of Peachtree Ave and 7th Street. Halls located in Capital Quad include:
Browning and Evins Hall
Browning and Evins is our all-male traditional residence hall located in Capital Quad. Most rooms are standard doubles, with a limited number of single rooms and triple rooms available. Restrooms are communal, located in shared common areas.
Cooper and Dunn Halls
Cooper and Dunn is our all-female traditional residence hall located in Capital Quad. Most rooms are standard doubles, with a limited number of single rooms and triple rooms available. Restrooms are communal, located in shared common areas.
Ellington and Warf Halls
Ellington and Warf Halls are a traditional co-ed residence hall open to students of all majors located in Capital Quad. Most rooms are standard doubles, with a limited number of single and triple rooms available. Restrooms are communal, located in shared common areas.
Maddux and McCord Halls
This traditional co-ed residence hall is dedicated exclusively to Engineering majors. It is located in Capital Quad. Most rooms are standard doubles, with a limited number of single and triple rooms available. Restrooms are communal, located in shared common areas.
Pinkerton Quad
Pinkerton Quad is located on the East side of campus along N Dixie Ave and is across from the Roaden University Center. Halls located in Pinkerton Quad include:
Jobe and Murphy Halls
Jobe and Murphy is a traditional co-ed residence hall open to students of all majors located in the Pinkerton Quad. Murphy holds the Honors Specialty Housing for members of the Honors Program. Most rooms are standard doubles, with a limited number of single and triple rooms available. Restrooms are communal, located in shared common areas.
M.S. Cooper and Pinkerton
M.S. Cooper and Pinkerton is a traditional co-ed residence hall open to students of all majors located in Pinkerton Quad. Most rooms are standard doubles, with a limited number of single and triple rooms available. Restrooms are communal, located in shared common areas.

New Hall North
New Hall North is co-ed residence hall open to students of all majors located in Pinkerton Quad. This residence hall offers a balanced mix of single and double rooms, with approximately equal numbers of each. Every room includes a private bathroom, providing added comfort and convenience for residents.

New Hall South is a co-ed residence hall open to students of all majors located in Pinkerton Quad. This Residence Hall has all Double Rooms. Every room includes a private bathroom, providing added comfort and convenience for residents.

Main Quad
Crawford Hall
Crawford Hall is a traditional co-ed residence hall open to students of all majors located on the Main Quad. Most rooms are standard doubles, with a limited number of single and triple rooms available. Restrooms are communal, located in shared common areas.

Room Types
Below are the different residence hall room types that are available on campus.
- Single (one-person) Room - Single rooms in each hall carry a larger rate than other rooms in the same hall.
- Super Single (one person) Room - This is a single room type that only exists in Murphy Hall. It has a full-size bed instead of the regular twin bed. The cost is the same as the single room. Murphy Hall has both regular single rooms and the super single rooms.
- Double (two-person) Room - Each hall is designed primarily of double rooms which have two students assigned to a room.
- Triple (three-person) Room - Some halls have designed triple rooms and could be assigned with three students to a room.
