Browning and Evins Halls offer a traditional residential experience in Tennessee Tech's Capital Quad, placing students in the heart of campus life. With a strong sense of community, convenient access to academic buildings and campus resources, and a welcoming environment, these residence halls provide a comfortable place for students to live, learn, and build lasting connections during their time at Tech.

- Eligible Halls: To be considered for Interim Housing, you must be assigned to one of the following
residence halls for the Fall semester:
(These are the only halls that remain open during the break)- M.S. Cooper/Pinkerton
- North Hall
- South Hall
- Approval Required: All residents must submit a request and be approved to stay during Winter Break.
- Additional Fees: Extra charges apply for Interim Housing during this period.
