College of Business - Johnson Hall

Help Shape the Future of Johnson Hall

Named for former Dean Louis Johnson, Johnson Hall has been home to the College of Business since 1970. As we look to the future, the building is being reimagined to better support today’s students, faculty, and the evolving ways we teach and learn.

The renovation will modernize 68,000 square feet and add 10,000 square feet of new space. The design includes a new entrance and lobby along Peachtree Avenue, a west-side exterior staircase providing access to all floors, and new spaces that foster collaboration, research, and community.

An inspired space for students to learn, connect, and grow.

A Revitalized Learning Environment

• Updated and flexible learning environments, including 14 classrooms, an auditorium, and a multipurpose room
• Expanded areas for student and faculty collaboration
• A dedicated behavioral sciences research lab
• A renovated forensic lab and expanded Bloomberg lab
• A refreshed student lounge
• Improved accessibility and building system

These updates will create a more welcoming, functional, and forward-looking home for business education.
