Submitting Forms

In-Person:
You can get signed documents to us by delivering them to our office, Jere Whitson Building, Room 301, Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or by one of these options:

E-Mail:
Fill out the electronic form, print and sign, scan into a .pdf document and send to us as an attachment to financialaid@tntech.edu.  

Please put your Tennessee Tech student ID number (your T#) in the subject line of the e-mail

Eagle Online:
Choose FA Documentation Upload under Financial Aid Tab.

2026-2027 FAFSA FORMS

(FALL 2026, SPRING 2027, SUMMER 2027)

Complete the 2026-2027 FAFSA on studentaid.gov to receive eligible aid offers for the above semesters. Students do NOT need to complete the forms below unless requested to do so on Eagle Online.

Please log in to your Eagle Online account to access any documentation that may be required of you. Students can learn how to view their FAFSA requirements on Eagle Online on our How to Check Your Financial Aid Status page. Use the below 2026-2027 forms for the Fall 2026, Spring 2027, and Summer 2027 terms. 

2025-2026 FAFSA FORMS

(FALL 2025, SPRING 2026 & SUMMER 2026)

Complete the 2026-2027 FAFSA on studentaid.gov to receive eligible aid offers for the above semesters. Students do NOT need to complete the forms below unless requested to do so on Eagle Online.

Tuition Discount & Fee Waiver Forms

Public Higher Education Discounts need to be submitted each term with current dates.

Fall Semester

  • Discount/waiver forms for the Fall semester can be submitted beginning July 15.
  • All signatures on the form must be dated no earlier than July 1.
  • The deadline to submit forms is the last business day of the the term.

Spring Semester

  • Discount/waiver forms for the Spring semester can be submitted beginning November 15.
  • All signatures on the form must be dated no earlier than November 1.
  • The deadline to submit forms is the last business day of the the term.

Summer Semester

  • If attending Summer semester, discount/waiver forms can be submitted beginning April 15.
  • All signatures on the form must be dated no earlier than April 1.
  • The deadline to submit forms is the last business day of the the term.

Forms can be submitted in person, by fax 931-372-6309 or by email financialaid@tntech.edu on or after the dates listed above. Failure to submit by these methods, may result in your discount not being applied by the payment deadline.
