Full-time Benefited Employees
We strongly encourage all full-time, benefited employees to sign up for payroll deduction during the annual enrollment period. This is a convenient way to reserve your virtual parking permit from your computer or mobile device. The annual enrollment period is August 3 to August 31. The total cost of your virtual parking permit is deducted in nine monthly installments (September through May).
Adjunct and Temporary Employees
Adjunct and temporary employees may utilize payroll deduction using the link below. Employees may also elect to use a debit or credit card to purchase their virtual parking permit in person.
Virtual permits purchased using the link below will be held for pick-up in our office located in the Roaden University Center, Rm 122.
This link should only be used by Adjunct Faculty and Hourly Temps only. Salary Temps must use the Parking Portal to purchase a permit.

Important Reminders:
- Employees may park in purple and gold spaces.
- Employees are not permitted to park in visitor spaces.
- Vehicles parked on campus must be registered with a valid parking permit.
- Vehicles parked in unauthorized areas or without a valid permit may be subject to a citation.
- Please ensure your vehicle information remains accurate and up to date in the parking portal to avoid receiving a citation.
- Please verify that your vehicle is parked in a valid parking space by ensuring it is completely between the parking lines and not encroaching on any crosshatched areas.
- Remember that signs, painted words on the pavement, and ADA spaces always override the general lot designation. If a space is marked with ADA signage, painted restrictions, or other parking instructions, do not park there, even if it is located within a Purple or Gold Lot.
